The 35th Annual NC/SC Labor & Employment Law Conference was held October 25 & 26, 2019.? This advanced level program highlights topics including ADR, NLRB, ethical best practices in employment law, as well as panel discussions on mixed-motive discrimination claims, the Defend Trade Secret Act and illegal drug use. This year we also welcome Mike Johnson of Clear Law Institute as he will cover questioning witnesses and assessing credibility in workplace investigations and a presentation on importance of being resilient.
